Your First Visit

Thank you for visiting In His Hands Family Chiropractic! We value and respect all of our practice members and are excited to welcome new families into our office. Our cozy office is slow paced and calming to help you relax. You will not feel rushed with our longer appointment times and our use of soft tissue techniques to get your body relaxed, and ready for your adjustment! Kids love getting adjusted on our Noah's Ark table and will feel right at home in our comfortable children's area.

Your first visit will be about an hour long and will consist of a chiropractic consultation with Dr. Holmberg where you will go over any conditions or concerns you have. Next she will perform a chiropractic exam and take x-rays if needed in our onsite digital x-ray suite. After that she will review your x-rays and findings to put a plan together that is right for you. 

Your Second Chiropractic Visit.

On your second visit, Dr. Holmberg will review your x-rays with you and you will receive your first adjustment. This visit, along with all your future visits for adjustments will be 20-30 minutes long. During this time, Dr. Holmberg will explain what she is finding and how she plans on adjusting you so you are informed of all that goes into your adjustment. You will also receive soft tissue vibration with our Erchonia percussor that will help loosen any stressed and tight muscles. Dr. Holmberg will also provide Graston or mechanical traction if needed to help compliment your chiropractic adjustment.

Patient Education.

Dr. Holmberg is passionate about chiropractic care and wants the entire Lansing area to understand the necessity for it, so she has created online patient education talks on the importance of chiropractic care, as well as pertinent health issues and topics. These videos are available on Facebook. This is a chance for you to learn about chiropractic and our office! It will be a brief, fun talk that will teach you why your body needs chiropractic!

Fees and Insurance.

We accept most insurance plans including:

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, McLaren, and United Healthcare

We are no longer able to accept Medicaid or Medicare

We are not in network with Blue Care Network or PHP, but can give you the information you need to be reimbursed personally.

We also have cash options for practice members who do not have chiropractic benefits including monthly chiropractic memberships.
